Himmat Card Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility criteria must be met for the Maryam Nawaz Hamat Card program,Which are listed below.
Age : The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 63 years
Disability : The applicant has a disability or physical need such as physical, mental, or disability of any part of the body
Residency: Applicant should be a resident of Punjab
Income :The applicant’s family income is below the poverty line, or he belongs to a weaker section of his society
Registration : Persons with Disabilities must be registered with Social Welfare Department or Special Education Department of Punjab
Disability Certificate:The applicant must have a disability certificate from an official medical board
Nation Identification Card :The applicant must also have a National Identity Card with SIM
Not already a beneficiary:The applicant is not already receiving a scholarship or financial aid from any other government program
When started Himmat card
Hemat Card was launched in Punjab by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz in August 2024.This people-friendly program has been launched as part of efforts to empower people with special needs and disabilities in Punjab.The objective of this program is to provide financial assistance to the special needs community in Punjab to provide access to essential services and to ensure safety and dignity as well as taking care of medical needs.This program has been started for the first time in the history of Pakistan in the province of Punjab.
Required Documents For Himmat Card
- Copy of National Identity Card.
- Proof of residence (utility bill, rent certificate etc.).

Registration Procedure for Himmat Card
- Get the application form from the local Himat Card office
- Complete the form and attach the necessary documents.
- Submit the form at the designated office.
